Caritas Ball - Feb 10

Alexian Brothers of the Southeast Foundation hosted its 20th Caritas Ball on Saturday, February 10, 2007 from 7 to 11 p.m. at The Chattanoogan.

The invitation-only event raised money for older adults who cannot afford the full cost of their care or who have outlived their resources while in the care of the Alexian Brothers ministry. Corporate sponsorships ranged from $1,500 to $8,000. Entertainment was provided by the Jim Wilson Quintet.

The Alexian Brothers of the Southeast Foundation is the fundraising ministry of the Alexian Brothers of the Southeast, which operates 12 ministries throughout Chattanooga to deliver residential, healthcare, social, cultural, educational and vocational services to older adults regardless of race, religion, or economic background.

Project C.A.R.E. founder, Ansley Reagan, co-hosted with Jed Mescon, morning co-anchor of WRCB TV’s Eyewitness news today.
